LimaCharlie, the creator of the Security Operations (SecOps) Cloud Platform, has added a new feature to the platform that enables data to flow in both directions.
This allows for faster detection and response times while removing the need for external automation apps.
Maxime Lamothe-Brassard, CEO and co-founder of LimaCharlie, believes that having knowledge and being able to act quickly based on that knowledge is the key to securing digital environments. He said that this improvement will reduce response times and help security teams create personalized response plans for their company's specific environment.
The SecOps Cloud Platform from LimaCharlie already enables security teams to identify and react to telemetry from any source. According to the firm, the new bi-directional feature eliminates the need for users to rely on a third-party solution in order to make adjustments by enabling them to take quick action to reduce problems across any tool on the same platform.
Security teams can now significantly shorten response times by taking control of their own defenses. There's no time to wait or transfer data to an external platform to follow a script or recommended action. Furthermore, native CLI and API-based tools enable LimaCharlie's bi-directionality, providing a wide range of response capabilities.
During a session at Google Cloud Next '24, CEO and co-founder Maxime Lamothe-Brassard gave a preview of the revolutionary upgrades that will be included in the SecOps Cloud Platform.
With integrations to Okta, Sublime, Tailscale, Github, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, and others, the new features are now accessible.
