A fresh set of Domo features was announced. The company has developed a flexible architecture for AI services called Domo.AI.

It provides tools to meet the unique AI needs of each business. The new features were unveiled at the AI + Data Conference in Domopalooza.

Daren Thayne, EVP of product and chief technology officer of Domo, stated that their objective is to provide clients with an optimal environment to combine AI's transformative power with their valuable data to speed up business results.

Domo users can increase their impact by engaging in meaningful AI-powered experiences. Early previews of two presently in beta features from Domo, AI Chat and Universal Models, were given at Domopalooza:

  • AI Chat: Customers can have contextual discussions with their data thanks to AI Chat, which can determine which data is most pertinent based on the dashboard or app that the user is currently using. With the help of their data, users can engage in a genuine dialogue that includes recommended follow-up queries. Users can see and modify the SQL used to answer a query in the AI Chat, which emphasizes transparency. Domo customers can create dashboards faster and generate insights more effectively using AI Chat, leading to quicker, wiser decision-making.
  • Universal Models: Universal Models allow users to apply a pre-built model to the data by providing high code values for low code users. Universal models are available for use cases of all complexity levels and provide out-of-the-box AI models that are accessible to everyone, not just data scientists. Next month, universal models will be accessible through Domo's AI Services Layer. In the upcoming months, more Universal Models for sentiment analysis, anomaly detection, and personally identifiable information will be made generally accessible. Access to universal models will be possible through Magic ETL, cards, workflows, apps, and more.
