Lithuanian IT consultancy Reiz Tech and Germany-based NTT Data have formed a strategic IT services company to provide automated financial services, logistics, and industry solutions.
Reiz Tech, a Lithuanian IT consultancy, and Germany-based NTT Data have established a new strategic IT services company to cater to automated financial services, logistics, and industry in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The three-year partnership between NTT Data and Reiz Tech will come to an end with the debut of the new firm on April 1st of this year. They are going to call it LITIT. In order to comprehend and incorporate the particular business needs and cultural quirks of the DACH market, the two firms founded LITIT.
The new CEO of LITIT, Kristina Kikalienė, stated that during Reiz Tech's three years of partnership with NTT, they discovered a strong alignment between their work cultures and ethics. The success of their cooperation was demonstrated by the promptness, responsiveness, and high caliber of project outcomes. Kikalienė worked for Reiz Tech as a crucial account manager before taking on her current position. With aspirations to hire as many as 100 specialists in its first year, the new company has high growth aspirations. It plans to employ several hundred individuals by 2027.
Developing skills and creativity in the IT community will be a major focus of LITIT's objectives. In order to develop the future generation of IT workers, it will work with nearby educational institutions. This program is anticipated to make a substantial contribution to Lithuania's already impressive pool of IT expertise, guaranteeing a continuous flow of qualified workers eager to succeed and advance alongside the organization.
