Information technology services and consultancy company FGS, LLC has selected Lexington Exchange in St. Mary's County as the site for additional space.
Lexington Exchange in St. Mary's County has been chosen by the information technology services and consulting firm FGS, LLC, as the location for expansion space. The company plans to station about 15 employees in the 140-acre mixed-use business neighborhood this spring.
The organization, which keeps its corporate offices in La Plata, recently agreed to lease 23,574 square feet of space at 23566 Oak View Drive in California from St. John Properties Inc. In this transaction, the landlord was represented by Mike White of St. John Properties, while the client was represented by Anne Hooper of Hooper & Associates.
Founded in 2004 by Paul Facchina Sr., FGS specializes in offering turn-key solutions that safeguard and secure its clients. It also provides information systems support, intelligence analysis, and security engineering services.
Lexington Exchange features a 28,560-square-foot flex/R&D building with drive-in and dock loading, and five other buildings, including retail and flex/R&D space, with the potential to accommodate 600,000 square feet of business space.
St. John Properties and Chaney Enterprises are marketing pad sites at Lexington Exchange, fronting Three Notch Road, for end-users like eateries, convenience stores, banks, and urgent care centers. The business neighborhood has a 12-screen movie theater and an ALDI grocery shop.
