The USA Rugby Board of Directors announced Bill Goren as USA Rugby Chief Executive Officer
With a background encompassing over two decades of senior leadership in sports marketing and development, Goren transitions into his new role at USA Rugby following his tenure as Deputy Commissioner of Major League Rugby, where he spearheaded Rugby Marketing and Business Operations for the professional league in North America. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for USA Rugby, which anticipates significant growth opportunities in the coming years with the 2028, Summer Olympics and the Men’s and Women’s Rugby World Cups scheduled for the United States in 2031 and 2033, respectively.
