In just two years, Brenda successfully built an organization, only to have the tables turned on her when a headhunter contacted her about a Head of Talent Acquisition position at a technology company in Dallas. Brenda, despite initially hesitating, made the bold decision to temporarily leave her current company to undertake the challenging task of overhauling a dysfunctional recruitment team for a cutting-edge technology firm located in Dallas. After enduring the repercussions of COVID-19 layoffs, she made a triumphant comeback to Corporate Connections LLC in 2022. Under Brenda’s leadership, the company has more than doubled its business, attributing this success to Brenda’s deep-seated belief in the pivotal role of people within organizations.

Meet the President

Brenda Siri is the President of Corporate Connections LLC. She has been involved with Women With Promise, a Dallas-based non-profit organization that helps women transition out of abusive relationships and sex trafficking by offering educational scholarships. She is currently on the board of Community Well Texas, a nonprofit organization that provides behavioral health assistance to impoverished rural communities in Texas, focusing on improving mental health knowledge, compassionate treatment, and services for children with behavioral health issues.

Her passion for education is evident with her students at the University of Texas at Dallas, where she teaches international STEM master’s degree students Professional Development. Her students come from all over the globe, where they may have never had the opportunity to work with US business personnel and have come from companies with very little diversity. Her role is to help students navigate the US job market before they graduate with their degrees.
