Salesforce revealed the release of Marketing Cloud Growth, a version of the platform tailored for small enterprises.

This version uses artificial intelligence (AI) to simplify target segmentation, text-to-image email campaign creation and execution, campaign performance optimization, and the creation of cohesive customer profiles for marketers. Additionally, it features a prompt builder that allows businesses to organize and store well-known, trustworthy prompts.

Salesforce looked at the most popular use cases—for which small firms frequently lack the personnel or resources—while developing the latest edition. This covers sophisticated testing as well as campaign personalization.

Additionally, the company is offering a free "get started with Data Cloud" to small organizations (those with fewer than 200 employees) that have Sales or Service Enterprise Edition. By the end of the year, Marketing Cloud Growth is anticipated to be accessible in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, in addition to the United States and Canada.
