Before joining XACT, Shai was Head of Finance for Marvell Israel. Before this, Shai was the CFO at Wavion Networks. Most recently, Shai held a few key positions at Nanomotion, starting as CFO, VP Operations and then followed by a General Manager position.
Shai holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University, Israel.
