Nihan Yolga, COO: We founded Forceget in 2020 to address a major gap in e-commerce supply chain management—the lack of a fully digitalized, visible, and end-to-end logistics solution. Most providers focused on isolated services, leaving businesses struggling with fragmented supply chains, limited visibility, and operational inefficiencies. We saw the need for a tech-enabled, AI-driven platform that seamlessly integrates with Amazon, Shopify, UPS, FedEx, air and ocean tracking, warehouses, and payment systems, providing businesses with real-time control, automation, and scalability.
With years of experience in global supply chain management, including leading one of Europe’s largest corporate VCs, we saw firsthand how technology was disrupting logistics. Yet, many e-commerce businesses were still stuck with outdated, manual processes that hindered their growth.
Burak Yolga, CEO: I lived in China for eight years and was involved in multiple layers of international trade. I also established and sold my own e-commerce brand. I recognized that logistics is key for any e-commerce success. So, with Nihan, we set out to build a smarter, more efficient solution that would give brands the visibility, control, and flexibility they need to scale.

Additionally, our active engagement in Amazon seller networks, e-commerce events, and online communities has allowed us to acquire customers at a lower cost while reinforcing our industry leadership.

What is the main differentiating factor of Forceget platform from competition?
Nihan Yolga: Forceget’s key differentiator is its high-tech technology platform. It’s an e-commerce-focused, end-to-end logistics platform that seamlessly integrates multiple supply chain solutions under one roof. There are more than 20 integrations in the backend, from international shipment tracking to warehouse ground operating systems, from small parcel tracking to payment systems, as well as Amazon and other e-commerce channel integrations, and AI-based decision-making algorithms. This makes us powerful and differentiates us from becoming one of the many players.
Burak Yolga: Unlike traditional providers that handle only specific aspects of logistics, Forceget offers a comprehensive ecosystem, including international freight, fulfillment, reimbursement recovery, and smart inventory management. This all-in-one approach eliminates the need for multiple vendors, giving e-commerce brands full visibility, automation, and cost efficiency in their supply chain.

Our AI-powered platform provides seamless integration with these marketplaces, enabling real-time tracking, automated inventory management, fulfillment solutions, and reimbursement recovery.
Our SaaS tool, which will be live in June, will also help our customers expand into omnichannel, bring all of their stakeholders into one platform, and manage their inventory more smartly. This will bring our customers one step ahead of the competition and increase their profits.
How do you see artificial intelligence (AI) developing within Forceget's services as it continues to revolutionize industries?
Nihan Yolga: AI is a core driver of Forceget’s innovation, and we are continuously expanding its role to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience. Our AI-powered chatbot and voice assistant will enable customers to instantly access shipment details, generate automated quotes, and receive real-time pricing for global shipping. This automation will reduce operational costs by at least 50%, allowing us to scale 2× with the same operational team.
