Meet the driving force behind M3's success

Allen Read, President/Partner of M3, has spent over 30 years working in hospitality while also becoming a Certified Hotel Administrator. In 1986, he started working as a front desk associate at the Natchez, Mississippi, Best Western Hotel. He started working with McKibbon Brothers as a front desk associate at the Thomasville Holiday Inn in 1990 after relocating to Georgia. Working in a range of capacities over a number of years allowed Allen to expand his industry experience, which eventually led to his appointment as general manager of multiple McKibbon-owned hotels around Georgia. He became the Director of Information Services in 1999. As M3, the new McKibbon, was being developed, Allen was one of the first workers of the company, serving as Business Manager. A few years later, he was elevated to Vice President of Operations and became a Partner in the business. He served in that capacity for a while before being appointed President and Chief Operating Officer.
