Could you please describe the conditions or incidents that resulted in the establishment of Wellfit?

A void in the dental sector led to the creation of Wellfit. An effective platform that could provide and administer programs for dental offices was needed, as identified by one of the biggest Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). In order to address that gap, Wellfit was founded in 2015 and separated into its own company in 2021, making our solutions available to everyone and assisting the larger DSO community.

What are the main areas of concentration for Wellfit as a healthcare technology platform?

Increasing case acceptability in dental clinics is our main goal. We develop technology to improve and streamline payment options for our partners' patients. Previously labor-intensive and time-consuming financial options can now be delivered in real-time with our technology's economical and effective solutions that streamline operations. A higher acceptance rate for dental cases is directly impacted by this.

Could you present your solutions to us? What distinguishing qualities do they have?

Wellfit offers a range of payment-related services that are effortlessly integrated into the office practice management system (PMS) as part of their technological solution. Dental plans, patient financing, and payment processing are among the services offered by Wellfit.

Dental offices can offer simply set up and managed dental plans that are flexible, adaptable, and compatible with regulations by utilizing Wellfit's Dental Plans within their PMS. Patients can choose whatever plan they want with complete transparency, thanks to Wellfit's offerings.

Patient funding is made easier via the Funding Market Place (FMP). Customers used to have to look into, apply for, and obtain their own payment choices. As a result, they frequently had to pay for dental work using cash, credit cards, or other limited options. FMP guarantees patients receive the best terms and boosts acceptance rates by offering a smooth experience and a variety of financing options.

Wellfit acts as a payment facilitator by offering a straightforward point-of-sale gadget that makes credit card processing, contactless payments, and online bill payments easier. Our payment capabilities streamline procedures, removing the need for reconciliations, accounting in several systems, and the possibility of mistakes in patient records or accounting.

These packaged solutions improve workflows for dental clinics under one roof, in contrast to alternative payment platforms that could need different technologies and providers for every component. Depending on the particular requirements and setups of each supplier, we can deliver the programs separately.
