Swiss citizen Philippe Ghanem works in the "C" suite and is regarded as a visionary and innovator in the world of financial markets. He has established a reputation for creating financial services companies through his expertise in trading and FinTech, as well as his insight and comprehension of trading systems.

With 15 years of experience in senior leadership and high-level management roles, Philippe Ghanem has developed well-defined people management skills. He has been responsible for approximately 300 employees in several foreign regulatory settings. He has demonstrated success in establishing and sustaining team performance to meet financial and business objectives. He has created and established a number of institutional and retail trading businesses, such as the ADSS Group in Abu Dhabi, where he served as vice chairman and CEO.
