PCA Technology Group, Inc: Delivering thorough and proactive IT support, making sure businesses have a trustworthy partner for their technological requirements

Business Fortune

An enthusiastic group of four people created PCA Technology Group, Inc., sometimes known as PCA, in 1989. Businesses were in disarray at the time due to two revolutions that occurred simultaneously: the PC revolution and the client-server revolution. Organizations and their conventional IT partners were unprepared for the new procurement, installation, and support problems brought about by the emphasis on the desktop and personal productivity. Subsequently, the emergence of the Internet and network computing rendered enterprises, especially small and medium-sized ones, unable to keep up with the rapidly evolving technological landscape.

The four possessed the secret sauce in the city that gave rise to Buffalo Wings: they combined their prowess in strategic thinking with a strong focus on customer service to help businesses leverage technology to their full potential.

PCA was founded when the founders decided to leave their positions at a nearby firm. They quickly drew in new clients who were confronted with the dilemma of not fully utilizing technology in their operations, and they promptly drew in some of their former clients to join their new business. Their success has been attributed to PCA's service model, which has been crucial in assisting them in developing processes for continuous improvement and, in the end, enabling them to harness the potential of technology.

For more than thirty years, they have been providing outstanding products and services to satisfy the changing demands of the Northeast and Western New York with pride. Their reputation as a reliable presence has been cemented by their unwavering dedication to quality.

Business Fortune got in touch with the PCA leadership and spoke with Mike Olfano, the CEO, and founder and president Steve Szubinski. This is a synopsis of their answers.

Highlights from the Interview

Which major areas is PCA focusing on?

Steve Szubinski: Renowned Managed Services Provider (MSP) PCA Technology Group provides all-inclusive IT management. Businesses can save money by avoiding the need to hire and manage internal IT staff by utilizing our proactive support. We prioritize efficiency by keeping an eye on systems, quickly resolving problems, and making the most use of IT resources. Our knowledge also improves security and compliance by keeping businesses abreast of cybersecurity threats and emerging technologies.

How do PCA's services work?

Mike Olfano: PCA's primary goal is to help businesses use technology to their advantage. A strong dedication to cybersecurity, which makes sure that businesses are resilient in the face of changing cyberthreats, is at the core of PCA's IT services. PCA uses best practices and a strong network of partners to provide cutting-edge security solutions that secure sensitive data against breaches. We also have experience with custom software creation, where we offer full support to improve efficiency and optimize workflows. PCA helps businesses succeed in the modern world by assisting them in navigating the complexities of technology, fostering innovation, and fostering long-term expansion.

What is a successful recent example?

Steve Szubinski: Dunn Tire, a client of PCA, has an intricate network infrastructure that enables communication and mutual support between its facilities. They required an IT partner that could handle their demands and live up to their high expectations. They have always relied on PCA for support, security, and dependability. Additionally, PCA assists nonprofits in enhancing their security. In order to get better technology, Community Missions of Niagara Frontier, Inc. (CMI) teamed with PCA and required a streamlined cyber architecture. To assist CMI in a more secure manner, PCA offered multi-factor authentication, firewall solutions, and endpoint security.

Which advantages can one obtain from the PCA team?

Mike Olfano: In addition to providing excellent technology solutions, the PCA team is committed to creating 5-star experiences and guaranteeing customer happiness. Their persistent dedication to professionalism without sacrificing the human touch is what makes them unique. Since they are aware of how complicated and intimidating technology may be at times, they always greet people with a smile. This special fusion of knowledge and warmth fosters a setting where customers feel appreciated and comfortable, in addition to receiving great service. Many of PCA's staff members and clients have been there for more than 25 years!

Ultimately, the PCA team thinks that the secret to creating enduring client relationships and making the process of technology integration pleasurable and fulfilling is to have fun while fulfilling your promises.
