Kreative Corporation is led by founder, Soda Sultana, who is an industry leader in Process Improvement and organizational Change Management. She is responsible for all functional areas of the business and is complimented by her surrounding employees who bring a perfect blend of a highly skilled and experienced, along with an exceptionally professional workforce. With over 20 years of IT government and Process Consulting experience, she has successfully spearheaded both small and large initiatives that continually result in the highest customer satisfaction and performance improvement of her clients and other constituents. As a graduate from Strayer University, Ms. Sultana studied in the Science and Technology domain where she received her BS and later earned her Master’s in Business Administration.
