It does not just do document reviews; it automates the entire contract lifecycle. Create, negotiate, sign, manage, and analyze contracts-the platform is made for a seamless and intuitive experience for all legal teams. Efficiency increases as tedious activities such as document comparison, clause identification, and contract tracking are automated so that legal professionals spend more time on the more strategic issues.
