Nikhil “Nik” Joshi, Esq. is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law with over two decades of experience representing employers and business owners. Since beginning his legal career in 1997, he has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, pragmatic legal counsel tailored to meet his clients' financial and strategic goals. A proud native of Florida and an alumnus of the University of Florida’s prestigious Gator Nation, Mr. Joshi defends businesses of all sizes in federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, and administrative matters—both within Florida and across the United States.

Beyond litigation, Mr. Joshi provides valuable training to management teams and employees on a wide array of legal and compliance topics. His expertise also extends to representing both private and public sector employers in collective bargaining negotiations and union-related matters.
