Jason Fair is the Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Consulting. He is one of the founding Partners and is focused on leading the company to help our clients achieve business agility through alignment of their strategic vision, mission and processes.  He is focused on coaching his clients to accelerate value delivery, increase the quality of work delivered, reduce time to market, and enable people to achieve desired outcomes.

Jason has extensive knowledge and experience in leading modernization and re-engineering initiatives for complex financial, supply chain, logistics, sales and marketing, and manufacturing business operations.  His experience includes working with clients in industries such as:  Federal Government, State and Local Government, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, Utilities, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Financial Services, and Education. Jason is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified SAP Consultant (FI, CO, MM, SD), and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jason is a regular speaker at SAP, ASUG, Agile Alliance, universities, and various industry conferences.  Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
