Could you please elaborate on the conditions or incidents that resulted in the establishment of Emapta?   

Emapta started because I needed help generating high-quality leads for my business in Australia. I found some good leads through third-party service providers in the Philippines, but I wanted more control over the process, so I decided to work directly with the Filipino team. I moved to Manila and created Emapta, which stands for the first names of my family members. Emapta's customized offshore staffing approach turned out to be very successful, and I realized that it could help other businesses too. Despite starting with just 50 employees, my commitment to revolutionizing outsourcing paid off. Now, Emapta has a team of 7,000 people in 18 offices across six countries. We serve over 700 clients, giving them the tools they need to manage their businesses independently and reach their full potential.

What are the main areas of focus for Emapta as a high-end outsourced provider?

At Emapta, we're experts in offering customized staffing solutions that include nearshoring and offshoring options. This is a quick rundown of the services we provide.

Could you present your solutions to us? What distinguishing qualities do they have?

We provide full support, starting with employing specialized recruiters who are subject matter experts to find qualified applicants, administering skills evaluations, and more. A client is given a dedicated client experience manager upon onboarding, who works with an HR business partner to effectively manage the client's account.

We oversee all customer requirements and customize the solution to meet their unique requirements. This entails personalizing everything, including work shifts and schedules, workstations, computers, and IT setups, in addition to branding their workplaces and other areas.

After the onboarding process, we continue to regularly check in with our clients and establish programs for staff growth and retention. Our strategy entails developing customized solutions that meet the particular requirements of every client in order to guarantee continued success and pleasure.
