Leading employment and recruitment firm Cesna Group Inc. focuses on executive search and talent acquisition services. It provides services to customers all over the world. Currently, the organization provides recruitment services to over 4,000 client companies in a variety of industries, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to medium-sized businesses. As the company's founder and current CEO, Sean Sung-Min Kim established Cesna Group 24 years ago.

Could you please elaborate on the conditions or incidents that resulted in the establishment of Cesna Group, Inc.?
In 1999, Cesna Recruitment was formed in Seoul, and in 2003, it opened its first international location in New York, USA. Since then, we have grown to include company operations in San Jose, New Jersey, Dallas, Washington, DC, Shanghai, and Singapore, and we have assisted over 4,000 organizations in reshaping the worldwide industry landscape.
We are experts at locating and hiring directors, managers, C-level executives, and SVPs, among other senior and executive-level personnel, to provide our clients with the priceless benefit of capable and adaptable leadership. We support our clients in their efforts to find accomplished and driven workers who will enhance a vibrant, effective, and productive work environment.
What are the main areas of focus for Cesna as a worldwide recruiting service?
The organizational structure of Cesna Group is split up into 12 market coverage regions, allowing us to tailor our hiring practices to the particular needs of the sectors in which our clients operate. Additionally, because of this organizational structure, our recruitment consultants are better equipped to provide qualified candidates for our customers' available positions by developing a sophisticated and nuanced awareness of the market.

What fresh projects is Cesna working on right now?
Our Chinese subsidiary, based in Shanghai, has been satisfying the talent requirements of top corporations in major Chinese cities, including Shanghai, for the past ten years. Cesna's headquarters, located in New Jersey, distributes local staff to the central and western USA. Further broadening Cesna's international business domain is the recently opened Southeast Asian headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand. Our ultimate objective is to further expand into Europe, South America, and the Middle East within the next ten years and become the leading headhunter group representing Korea, based on our experience in international expansion.
Sean Sung-Min Kim | Founder & CEO
Mr. Kim founded Cesna Group in 1999 after working at Samsung HQ for six years. He specialized in tech planning and talent recruitment in semiconductors, digital imaging, and machinery. Cesna Group expanded globally, with branches in the United States, Shanghai, and Thailand.
Mr. Kim holds a master's degree from Hanyang University and received executive education at the MIT Sloan School. He also earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Dankook University.
In 2000, Mr. Kim published a book called "The Research of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the United States," showcasing his expertise in the real estate investment segment.
In 2008, he got the "Outstanding 50" award from the Asian Americans Business Development Center in New York City for his great leadership and contributions to the Asian American business community.
