Blue Federal Credit Union, which was first established as Warren Federal Credit Union in 1951 at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, has always been focused on its members. Blue's rise from humble beginnings to becoming a financial empowerment icon says it all. After merging with Community Financial Credit Union in 2016, Blue FCU became Blue, combining the two organizations' history of expansion and service. Blue, a Cheyenne, Wyoming-based company, is proof of the strength of harmony and common goals.

The president and CEO of Blue Federal Credit Union, Stephanie Teubner, was contacted by Business Fortune. This is her response.

What are the main areas of concentration for Blue FCU, an award-winning credit union?

Blue, which is known for creating sincere connections, has grown significantly in the last few years, drawing members from Wyoming, Colorado, and other states. Our goal is to assist members in finding the means to fulfill their potential, and we do this by acting as a link between the local community and the larger globe. Being the leading financial organization that fosters these essential relationships is our mission.

Would you please introduce your services to us? What distinguishing qualities do they have?

Blue's offerings are stepping stones to goals rather than just money-making goods. We are here to help, from first-time home purchases to providing a happy retirement. Blue provides members with the information and resources necessary to effectively manage their financial journeys by providing them with individualized financial counsel. This strategy promotes both individual and collective growth and improvement, in addition to helping people reach their particular objectives. Every member advances and makes a contribution to the group's progress toward a future full of boundless possibilities and mutual prosperity.

What new projects is Blue FCU working on right now?  

This year, we're introducing a digital banking platform. It's a commitment to make sure our members have access to the greatest tools available, not just an upgrade. We will be able to make technical innovation a pillar of our ongoing expansion thanks to this new platform.

Undoubtedly, innovation is our path ahead, not merely a goal.

Before we conclude, is there anything more you would like to say?

Blue is more than just a moniker. It's a tribute to our history as Air Force members and our close ties to the breathtaking Rocky Mountains. It represents our conviction that everyone of our members has boundless possibilities. I have been a part of this amazing adventure since 2005, and my team and I, consisting of our experienced Executive Leadership Team, are committed to carrying on this legacy of community connection and empowerment.

Since 2005, Stephanie Teubner has been the leader of Blue, holding the positions of President and CEO. Over the past ten years, Blue has had significant growth, thanks in large part to her leadership as a driving force for the improvement of community financial services in the area. The Blue Executive Leadership Team, in addition to Stephanie, has over a century of combined experience in the financial industry. They are dedicated to keeping the company's principles and leading by example.
