Could you please describe the conditions or incidents that resulted in the establishment of Aurora Travel?
The brand Aurora Travel was founded in 2019. As we incorporated the service quality and knowledge from these industries, Aurora Travel swiftly gained popularity among clients who appreciated these standards. The firm group was already well-known in the travel and event industries.
These requirements were more in demand during the epidemic than any other component of travel, and we quickly established ourselves as a model for how a travel agency ought to operate in Hungary. In the first year after we added the Maldives, it became our primary offering, and we won over the Hungarian travel sector. Since then, the Maldives have accounted for 85% of our reservations, making them our top product category in Hungary. Our customers have given us positive feedback about our level of service, and this is evident on social media. We are constantly upgrading our systems, and we intend to expand our services to additional countries and make it possible for our clients to book their dream holiday through our agency in the easiest way possible.
Could you share with us one or two success stories detailing the difficulties your clients had and how Aurora assisted them in resolving those difficulties?
A client who was visiting the Maldives was left stranded at Male International Airport owing to adverse weather-related hydroplane transfers, which is one of our most memorable incidents.
They were worried and believed their exotic luxury vacation was coming to an end, but we were able to temporarily house our guests in a higher-standard five-star luxury resort that was closer to the airport, and they were transported there by boat, all because of our excellent group and contact system in the Maldives. They were ecstatic that we were able to assist the whole family and that they could stay in an opulent hotel with all the conveniences instead of the congested airport until the storm passed.
Describe the Aurora Travel group to us. What benefit do they offer the business?
Every one of our clients is paired with a committed agent who will help them all the way through their trip. We make sure that every activity and event during our clients' holiday is hassle-free, in addition to selecting the ideal hotel or destination for them. Nikolett Balazs, Managing Director | In Her Own Words
I was admitted to Szent Istvan University in Hungary after high school, where I obtained my first diploma in tourism and catering. Since I was a little child, I have traveled extensively and seen many stunning locations across the globe. My dream has always been to have my own travel company. It is imperative that I never stop learning and evolving as a person. I passed both an advanced exam in English and a German intermediate language exam that is recognized worldwide. Currently, I am studying law at Hungary's top university (ELTE) and French, as well as actively engaging in several trainings, in order to lead our agency into a new era.
I like to play sports at least three times a week and go for runs in the outdoors in my free time. I typically plan ahead every hour of every working day to ensure that I meet deadlines and strike a balance between my personal and professional lives.
