Business Fortune
For good reason, entrepreneurs are among the most radical and insightful members of society. They guarantee that the economy keeps expanding and adding to our ever rising standards of living. As they expand their company, they not only assist themselves in achieving their objectives, but they also benefit others. Women have become more and more interested in and involved in business in recent years. Despite their success as business owners, there is still much work to do and many opportunities to explore. Female business is still relatively new in many aspects. When female entrepreneurs lead the way, innovation flourishes, productivity soars, creativity blossoms, and the economy eventually expands.
More women than ever before are launching new enterprises today, and the results indicate both small- and large-scale economic growth. According to the 2019 State of Women-Owned Business Report by American Express, the number of women-owned businesses grew by 21% from 2014 to 2019. As a result, throughout that time, both revenue and employment increased concurrently. Despite challenges, the trend is still forward-looking; in 2019, 1,817 new women-owned firms opened for operation every day. A positive view of the US economy is created by this growth rate, which is promising.

The Athena Weapons Detection System
The revolutionary Weapons Detection System Software from Athena Security, powered by CEIA OPENGATE, is made to screen individuals more quickly while they have their backpacks, purses, and other belongings on them. It can identify a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous threats, including assault weapons of high caliber. Homeland Security best practices are now integrated into Athena's WDS to assist your organization in maintaining compliance.
The Weapons Detection System (WDS) includes the OPENGATE® HD active walkthrough metal detection and induction system, a controller tablet, a monitor tablet, LIDAR (optional thermal camera), a visual camera, and patented artificial intelligence technologies to help officers operate the system following Homeland Security guidelines. The device can be installed indoors, outdoors, or easily transported for event security.
The system meets the Federal Standard and provides real-time alerts in audio and visual formats. This is in line with Homeland Security's best practices for weapons detection systems and walk-through metal detectors.
The Athena's concealed weapon detection mechanism scans people walking at a moderate pace toward the controller tablet. When a possible threat is detected on someone, the weapon detection controller tablet can show "Object Detected" or "CLEAR" if there is no threat. A real-time alert method that can be configured is triggered upon the discovery of a potential threat.
Athena's patented weapons detection software alerts officers to any missed steps in the visitor scanning process, enabling them to identify potential threats and adhere to Homeland Security's best practices. It's like having an extra set of eyes at the entrance, working to keep weapons from entering your building.
