Customer Identity Protection

An AI-powered system called Appdome's Customer Identity Protection (CIP) protects and confirms customer identities across mobile apps, downloads and devices. CIP prevents fraudulent activity like device spoofing, mule accounts, account takeovers, and bogus apps by using more than 400 threat signals. To offer continuous, automatic protection, it combines current authentication techniques, including identity verification, multi-factor authentication, and biometrics.

By linking the mobile brand, app release, install, device, and user, CIP creates an unchangeable, OS-independent chain of trust for every user. It allows for real-time detection of stolen or illegal logins and identity assertion tracking for mobile businesses over the app lifecycle. The platform also creates risk and reputation profiles for individuals, devices, and apps. This helps companies in preventing fraud and proactively responding to threats.

Detecting deepfakes, social engineering schemes, smartphone fraud, and synthetic accounts at scale are some of its key abilities. CIP guarantees that logins and sessions come from authentic sources by linking identification to a trusted app. It works perfectly with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines and is fully compatible with iOS and Android. This allows brands to protect consumer identification without compromising development workflow or user experience.

Fraud Detection and Prevention

An AI-powered technology called Appdome's Fraud Detection & Prevention protects iOS and Android apps against a variety of mobile frauds. It automatically identifies and prevents threats like on-device fraud, KYC fraud, account takeovers (ATO), payment fraud, ad fraud, loyalty misuse, and location spoofing using more than 400 threat signals. Businesses can set up strong fraud defenses without extra coding, SDKs, or development disruption due to its DevOps-ready, no-code platform.

Using ThreatScope™ XTM and Threat-Events™, the platform analyzes mobile apps. This allows for offering proactive defense and real-time insights into threats. Supporting brands detect suspicious activity, stop fraudulent transactions, and prevent fake accounts. Multiple anti-fraud modules that examine patterns of behavior and filter positive results without requiring external servers are supported by its modular architecture.

Along with protecting sensitive data against key logging, overlay attacks, viruses, and MITM exploits, the business also fights complex hazards like deepfakes, automated attacks, and synthetic installs. It works well with DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines. It is fully compatible with iOS and Android. It helps businesses secure income, maintain consumer trust, and save operational work related to managing mobile fraud by automating fraud detection and response.

Mobile API Protection

An AI-powered tool called Appdome's Mobile API Protection secures iOS and Android APIs against attacks, abuse, and illegal access. Password manipulation, bot attacks, spoofing devices, deepfakes, location spoofing, and fake users are all blocked by using fingerprints of apps, installs, and devices in addition to more than 400 threat signals. Businesses can implement strong API protections without the need for SDKs, servers, or infrastructure modifications due to its DevOps-ready, no-code platform.

For important APIs like login, payments, and transactions, the platform allows mobile brands to build a mobile API gateway with multiple layers of protection. Real-time session risk analysis, permanent device identity, and an unbreakable chain of trust connecting the mobile brand, app, install, and device are all provided by tools like MobileBOTTM Defense and IDAnchorTM. This ensures that all API calls come from accurate, unaltered sources.

In order to identify suspicious activities, Appdome also offers session intelligence, device status tracking, geolocation, and connection risk. Brands can enforce policy, keep an eye on threats, and react automatically due to the solution's easy integration with current WAFs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows. Appdome keeps apps quick, dependable, and safe while supporting companies in avoiding fraud, maintaining customer confidence, and simplifying security management through the automation of mobile API protection.
