Stephanie Murphy | Principal Owner, CEO, and Executive Chairman of the Board
Stephanie Murphy is the CEO and founder of Aegis Aerospace, formed in 2021 by merging MEI Technologies and Alpha Space. She founded Alpha Space in 2015 and acquired MEIT in 2019. Alpha Space developed MISSE, the first woman-owned space facility, and signed the first Reimbursable Commercial Space Act Agreement for the ISS.
Ms. Murphy serves on several boards, including Space Center Houston and AM Biotechnologies. She holds an Executive MBA from Texas A&M and has received awards like NASA's Exceptional Technology Achievement Medal and the 2019 Women in Aerospace Leadership Award.
