Teneo is a consulting firm that was established in 2011 and specializes in investor relations, corporate governance, management consulting, physical and cyber risk, strategic communications, and financial advising.
With teams mostly centered in locations in London, New York, and Dubai, the company has been expanding quickly since receiving funding from CVC Capital in 2019—most notably in the area of restructuring.
Teneo gained access to the offshore market in British overseas territories in 2021 when it acquired Deloitte's UK restructuring division. This was followed in 2022 by another Big Four action for KPMG's restructuring operations in the Cayman Islands, BVI, and Bermuda.
Teneo has now announced the addition of Brian A. Glasgow, David Collins, and David Holukoff to important senior roles, expanding its financial consulting footprint into the Eastern Caribbean as it looks to develop in this profitable market. Teneo is now the biggest financial advisory firm in the Caribbean as a whole.
The CEO of Teneo's financial advising division, Daniel Butters, stated that the company is thrilled to have Brian Glasgow, David Collins, and David Holukoff join Teneo in order to strengthen the firm's regional footprint and broaden their offshore offering. All of these executives have decades of expertise dealing with some of the most intricate financial issues in the area, which they bring to Teneo. In order to expand their assistance for clients with regional interests, Butters is eager to collaborate with them and their whole IFC team.
Collins joins as a managing director and is headquartered in Barbados. Having previously worked for KPMG and, most recently, Interpath, he has more than 17 years of expertise in financial advising with a focus on the Caribbean. With current assignments in Barbados, Saint Vincent, Saint Lucia, and Saint Kitts and Nevis, he has been involved in a number of high-profile insolvencies in the area.
