INTERVIEW HIGHLIGHTS
Vintech Solutions has been delivering high-impact IT services since 2020. Can you share the inspiration or pivotal moment that led to the founding of the company?
When we started VinTech back in 2020, our goal was to become the ultimate one-stop shop for the brokerage industry. We set out by offering next-generation operational software ourselves or partnering with leading industry providers to deliver best-in-class solutions that help brokerages stay competitive effortlessly. Our approach is to make life easier for brokers, giving them everything they need in a single place without the hassle of coordinating with multiple software vendors. We act as industry domain expertise consultants, offering a single-point consultation service along with recommended software, and we are committed to delivering results until the client can successfully launch and operate their business.
Since ChatGPT took the world by storm in late 2022, the global shift toward the AI era has become irreversible. Recognizing this transformation, VinTech swiftly anticipated the inevitable advancements in cutting-edge AI and tailored its offerings to meet the practical needs of the financial services sector. VinTech has spent the past three years actively investing in AI-driven projects—both to improve our fintech solutions and as standalone products powered by AI technologies. While AI holds immense promise, its well-documented challenges—such as hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, and concerns surrounding proprietary data management—are often underestimated by financial institutions during the adoption process. Addressing these obstacles, VinTech has introduced a new platform designed to prioritize privacy, security, and the integration of fragmented data into a cohesive foundation that enables businesses to leverage AI effectively. Starting with its fintech solutions and expanding through its industry-agnostic Vama platform, VinTech seeks to redefine how businesses utilize AI while catering to their unique operational needs.
Can you describe the range of IT services Vintech Solutions offers and how these services are tailored to meet the specific needs of your diverse client base?
At Vintech, we’ve strategically focused on empowering businesses through two main product streams that work in synergy. First, we’ve got our FinTech Solutions, which are all about giving brokerages the tools they need to run smoothly and keep their clients satisfied.
For example, our CDMS 2.0 is a CRM platform that integrates client onboarding, risk analysis, and operational management, built specifically designed for securities brokerages.
Then there’s our Mobile Investment App—a customizable, white-label app that lets clients trade, manage portfolios, and stay engaged anytime, anywhere.
We also offer Nano OMS, which is a modular order management system optimized for global futures trading and ViV: A social forum focused on investment discussions and insights.
We offer an ESOP Management tool that streamlines employee stock ownership plan administration for companies of all sizes. Our second platform, Vama, is an AI-driven, privacy-first solution that unifies digital operations—covering communication, knowledge management, workflows, ERP, treasury, and equity systems. Deployable on-premises, in a private cloud, or via SaaS, it caters to businesses seeking either control or convenience, enabling responsible and scalable AI integration.
Beyond these flagship platforms, VinTech’s “supermarket” concept serves broker-dealers and sell-side firms with a modular suite of integrated fintech solutions. Anchored by CDMS 2.0, it offers flexibility to select and combine components for a customized, seamless fintech environment.
What unique solutions or approaches does Vintech provide that distinguish it from other IT service providers in helping organizations improve its efficiency?
VinTech’s commitment to operational efficiency is driven by two flagship platforms: Vama, our strategic AI engine, and CDMS 2.0, the CRM/ERP backbone of our fintech “supermarket.” Each plays a distinct yet complementary role, delivering a complete solution for digital transformation.
CDMS 2.0 – The SAP of Brokerage
Purpose-built for broker-dealers and sell-side firms, CDMS 2.0 is more than a CRM—it’s a centralized hub for nearly all brokerage operations. It integrates:

Account onboarding and AML/KYC data
Banking and payment transactions
Virtual asset wallets
Trade histories
Managing about 95% of daily operations—from client servicing and compliance to post-trade analytics—CDMS 2.0 replaces fragmented systems with a unified data repository. This boosts visibility, reduces silos, and improves efficiency across the firm. Clients can choose modular tools—like mobile investment apps, OMS, trading terminals, IPO platforms, and loyalty programs—within the same infrastructure.
Vama – The Intelligent Office Hub
Vama consolidates communications, documents, workflows, finance, and HR into one AI-powered workspace. It eliminates the need for multiple disconnected apps by automating routine tasks such as leave approvals, expenses, and reporting. Real-time analytics transform employee interactions into measurable insights, while ERP and Treasury modules deliver cash flow visibility and AI-guided financial decisions.
Together, Vama and CDMS 2.0 provide financial services with a powerful blend of intelligence, automation, and operational control—helping them cut costs, strengthen compliance, and scale with confidence.
How is Vintech utilizing its IT capabilities to address the unique challenges faced by fintech companies today?
Today’s FinTech companies face complex demands—managing multiple asset classes, delivering real-time portfolio and risk insights, enabling 24/7 tokenized trading, and providing a seamless digital experience across mobile and web. VinTech’s solutions are purpose-built to meet these challenges with flexibility, intelligence, and speed.
At the heart of our offering is CDMS 2.0, a next-generation Customer Data Management System designed for multi-asset environments. Unlike traditional CRMs, it unifies onboarding, compliance, account management, and post-trade analytics across equities, futures, virtual assets, and more—delivering a holistic, real-time view of portfolios and risks.
Our AI-driven framework is embedded within CDMS 2.0, enabling deep automation, operational resilience, and personalized experiences at scale. With tokenization transforming tradable assets, our infrastructure supports 24/7 trading to meet the demands of a new generation of investors who expect instant access, speed, and transparency.
In short, VinTech combines multi-asset support, real-time intelligence, mobile-first design, and AI-native automation into a scalable, future-ready ecosystem.

Looking ahead, what are your aspirations for Vintech in terms of growth, market reach, and impact across the industries you serve?
Our aspirations are bold, and we’re excited about the road ahead.
We envision Vama evolving into the foundational AI operating system for businesses across sectors and around the world.
On the FinTech front, we’re continuously innovating within our brokerage ecosystem, setting new benchmarks for AI-powered financial services. We’re not just keeping pace with the industry; we’re working to redefine what’s possible.
We’re thinking globally. With Hong Kong as our strategic hub, we’re expanding internationally, tapping into new markets and unlocking fresh opportunities. Backed by our 50+ staffs strong development center in Shenzhen, we have the technical capacity and agility to scale rapidly and sustainably.
Can you share how Vintech’s experience with legacy system modernization benefits fintech firms aiming to upgrade their infrastructure?
At VinTech, we’ve seen how legacy infrastructures create bottlenecks in Asia’s brokerage industry, where many firms still rely on outdated, monolithic “stock systems” never built for modern client expectations or multi-asset operations. Traditionally, brokerages depended on core trading systems for everything—from order execution to client servicing. Over time, they bolted on functions like CRM, onboarding, and KYC, but these platforms weren’t designed for it. The result? Rigid, inefficient systems that fail to deliver the seamless experience today’s clients demand.
Our CDMS 2.0 solves this by decoupling trading and non-trading functions, giving brokers the freedom to serve clients on their own terms. Acting as a modern, AI-ready CRM and operations hub, it integrates with trading platforms yet operates independently—allowing firms to innovate without waiting on asset system providers.
Legacy systems can’t support real-time analysis, predictive insights, or intelligent automation. In contrast, CDMS 2.0 and Vama are built with AI at their core, enabling automated workflows, personalized engagement, and real-time visibility into operations, compliance, and risk.
We make modernization approachable. Firms can adopt CDMS 2.0 or integrate Vama modules step by step—enhancing communication, client servicing, and workflows without overhauling their entire system. This approach helps brokers meet evolving expectations, scale across asset classes, and future-proof their operations without being held back by legacy limitations.
