With over 30 years of experience and over 2000 transactions, Karen leads in Tarrant County and the DFW area, specializing in office, retail, and land sectors. She opened Emerson’s Tarrant County office in 2016 and was recognized as the first female industrial realtor in the area. Starting her career in 1982 at Henry S. Miller, she became the first female broker and the highest industrial producer in DFW. Karen has served as Managing Partner at Bradford Company and TIG and now leads Emersons Commercial Real Estate. Additionally, she is a custom jewelry designer and owner of Rings from Things, hosting trunk shows with Neiman Marcus.
