A Eutech Group Subsidiary: The entire smart building value chain is becoming more accessible thanks to Spaceworx, the first composable proptech marketplace in history.

Cloud computing, data centers, and other technology areas have all adopted compatability as a desirable quality. Solutions that are composed of prefabricated, reusable parts that can be put together like Lego are known as composable solutions. To improve or alter the solution, the components can be simply swapped out for new ones.

Instead of attempting to construct a bespoke solution, which is intricate, expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to maintain, you can start small and improve the solution gradually.

Composable thinking, composable architecture, and composable technologies are the three fundamental ideas that solution architects should adhere to while developing "composable solutions," according to Gartner.

Solution architects need to think in the appropriate way. "A collection of independent, autonomous, discoverable components" is how solutions ought to be conceptualized. This technique permits the creation, enhancement, and replacement of the components individually.

To enable the assembly, hosting, and provisioning of the building blocks as well as the provision of a digital service, composible architecture is required.

The instruments and technologies used to create building blocks are known as composeable technologies.

The Spaceworx Marketplace provides a wide selection of prebuilt Smart Building components in addition to the option to design new reusable components, in order to facilitate its "Composable Smart Building" concept. This allows solution architects to swiftly put together and enhance a solution by constructing and interchanging components.

In October, Spaceworx will formally introduce its Composable Smart Building Marketplace. The business wants every building to be a smart, modular structure.

Eutech Group and DP Architects, a renowned architectural firm in Singapore, collaborated to found Spaceworx.

The CEO of Spaceworx, Lakshita Wijerathne, was contacted by Business Fortune and spoke with her at the company's headquarters. These are his words.

"We have deployed and demonstrated the advantages of demountable smart buildings in over 300 million square feet of projects across 15 countries over the past ten years. But Spaceworx aims to democratize and rethink the whole smart building value chain, including design, implementation, and lifecycle management, rather than just selling technology.

The construction and real estate sectors will be able to find and use smart building solutions thanks to Spaceworx. It provides thousands of plug-and-play Smart Building products and services from international suppliers, offering a wide selection. These components enable integrators and end users to assemble systems, thereby significantly reducing implementation time.

"We think Spaceworx will accelerate the shift to a low-carbon, hybrid economy and spur the rapid adoption of smart buildings."

"We welcome creative ideas from all of our staff members to help us develop better goods, services, technology, and operational procedures. They receive formal recognition and rewards for their innovative work as part of the performance appraisal system.

Spaceworx: A Reliable Broker offering 30% less expensive, 5 times faster smart building solutions

A wide range of hardware, software, and hybrid hardware-software systems are all part of Spaceworx's ecosystem of smart building components. These parts are interchangeable with any other part in the ecosystem since the manufacturer designed them to be modular.

We provide choice, ease, and cost-effective lifecycle management through our support of procurement, implementation, and management. Furthermore, because you can simply switch out goods and technology as your needs evolve, your smart building is future-proof.

"With Spaceworx, you can begin with experiential design and proceed smoothly to implementation. To get the experience and results you desire, you can choose the features and the best-fitting Smart Building components. Additionally, you may test your hypotheses, make real-time modifications, and piece together the Smart Building solution incrementally.

Spaceworx makes it possible to implement smart building solutions five times faster and for 30% less money than traditional, custom solutions. Spaceworx solutions yield measurable results, which makes them self-sustaining.

While end users can work with their teams to deploy smart buildings, Spaceworx has an extensive global network of partners who can assist you in your endeavors.

"Once you embark on the Spaceworx journey, we are sure you will quickly realize the full potential of its revolutionary technology." Because of this, we are providing a free trial version for your use right now.

"We invite you to join our mission to make every building a composable smart building, whether you are a tenant, landlord, product company, or integrator."
