Neil Barua | President and CEO

Neil Barua is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PTC. Neil has over 23 years of experience in executive, financial, and international operations roles. Before coming to PTC, Neil was the CEO of ServiceMax, where he turned the business into a field service management leader. Neil joined PTC's executive leadership team and oversaw the company's Service Lifecycle Management division when PTC successfully acquired ServiceMax in January 2023. Neil was appointed PTC's CEO on February 14, 2024. In his role as CEO, Neil concentrates on PTC's corporate culture, customer experience, and worldwide business strategy. In the past, Neil was an operational partner at Silver Lake, a leading technology investment firm worldwide. Neil served as the CEO of IPC Systems, a multinational supplier of specialist technology solutions for the financial services industry, earlier in his career. Neil and his family live in the Boston region. He graduated from NYU with a Bachelor of Science. Neil is a member of Streetwise Partners' board of directors.
