Highlights of the Interview
What are the main areas of concentration for Arcoro, a SaaS startup that is expanding quickly?
The goal of Arcoro is to assist in revolutionizing construction HR. Our solutions, which range from time monitoring to performance management and all in between, are designed to meet the demands of the sector. Our goal is to reduce pain points in the construction industry by providing practical solutions that automate manual or paper processes that are out-of-date, deliver construction-first features, and integrate with other technologies in the industry.
Would you please introduce your services to us? What distinguishing qualities do they have?
The Arcoro HR management suite is intended for use in field services, contracting, and construction. It guarantees compliance and helps to streamline HR procedures. Applicant tracking, onboarding, basic HR, benefits management, time and attendance, compensation management, ACA compliance & reporting, safety, learning, performance, and succession are among the modules it offers. Companies can start with the components they need and add more as their business expands, thanks to the modular setup.
Could you share with us one or two success stories that highlight particular client difficulties and how Arcoro's solutions helped them succeed?
The HR division frequently needs to maintain its leanness when expanding construction enterprises. A small HR staff can do more by automating tasks with the use of HR technology. For instance, Conductix Wampfler automated HR procedures using Arcoro's HR technology, freeing up staff time by doing away with paper records, granting employees access to pay information, and developing unique workflows.
Similar to this, Hancock Structural Steel enhanced work-life balance and saved time by utilizing Arcoro's HR system. They switched from paper to digital time monitoring, increased the number of job posts, reduced the amount of time spent on data input, and let new hires complete onboarding paperwork from a distance.
Describe the Arcoro group to us. What benefit do they offer the business?
Software solutions for workforce management and HR are provided by Arcoro. Numerous clients and users profit from our offerings. In all we do, diversity, equity, and inclusion are important to us. Our goal is to establish an equitable and welcoming work environment where all individuals are valued and honored. We were recognized for our efforts to improve our community with a TrustRadius Tech Cares Award. This honor acknowledges our efforts in promoting our communities, workers, and the environment, as well as our corporate social responsibility.
The vice president of research at TrustRadius, Megan Headley, commended Arcoro for its dedication to CSR in the building sector. Arcoro works with business partners, develops job boards specifically for the construction industry, and encourages workforce development and diversity. They received recognition for their collaboration to advance women's empowerment in the construction industry with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Director of Association Partnerships at Arcoro Carrie Gardenhire took great delight in her work with NAWIC and in enabling women in the construction industry with meaningful solutions.
What new projects is Arcoro working on right now?
Arcoro launched its own payroll system and announced numerous new partner agreements last month. The announcements were made on October 17 during the Arizona Construction Workforce Management Summit and 2023 Partner Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
Arcoro is growing its relationship with Aktion & Associates and including HCSS and ABC Insurance Trust in its network of trusted partners. In addition, Arcoro is introducing its own payroll solution to further streamline the payroll process for both existing and potential clients, enhancing the company's Core HR module. The construction industry offers a system that comprises processing payroll, filing taxes, and, if necessary, supplying verified payroll reporting to ensure compliance.
